Role Profile
LCH SA is responsible for clearing for the members and clients currently registered for the service with LCH SA. The IT departments develop and maintain IT applications in charge of the entire clearing process. The RepoClear and Digital AssetClear department oversee all transversal applications used for their business. This role will be based in Paris and requires strong verbal and written English skills.
Team description
The IT team develops, tests, deploys and supports the technology for LCH business service. The systems enable the clearing and settlement of trades for members and provide reports to members and regulators.
Role description
The RepoClear support analyst is responsible for Level 1, 2 and 3 IT support, including hands‑on support of the in‑house developed trade management and risk systems. The position is in charge of building production processes, organising production monitoring, and coordinating incident management across applications. Support is required between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Paris time, with an on‑duty set‑up within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with business lines to write detailed specifications for implementation.
- Validate updates of application user guides following releases.
- Test and validate fixes and enhancements.
- Validate and historise test results.
- Accompany projects to ensure testing perimeter is up to date.
- Serve as the point of contact for testing and new requirements.
- Define test use cases with collaborators.
- Provide support when member test campaigns are launched.
- Deliver frequent status updates on tests perimeter and topics.
- Provide action and remediation plans when necessary.
- Participate in recruitment and integration of new joiners in the team.
- Participate and be responsible for construction, run and delivery of the squad (planning, resources, budget).
- Organise governance of initiatives and coordinate with internal and external participants to ensure delivery and budget deadlines.
Candidate Profile / Key Skills
- SQL skills suitable for data analysis and problem solving.
- Desire to automate manual tasks to improve efficiency.
- Strong understanding of control environment applicable in regulated financial services, covering key market infrastructure and controls applied to development, test and production environments.
- Structured approach to work and follow processes.
- Proactive and clear communicator who demonstrates initiative and escalates issues quickly.
- Strong verbal and written French and English skills.
- Good understanding and experience of financial markets information systems.
- Ability and proven interest in developing understanding of business and systems.
- Autonomy and integration capability in teams are must‑have skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and capacity to understand key users.
- Strong writing skills (test plans, acceptance reports) and analytical innovation capacities.
- Direct approach, dynamism, delivery‑oriented mindset.

- Occasional travel may be required.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management tools such as ServiceNow.
- Some experience coding scripts in a Unix environment and programming in a language such as Java.
