IT Quant Pretrade and XVA (F/H)

Job Description

The Pre Trade Pricing Tools team you are joining is composed of 36 people within the IT department of Natixis CIB. This team is dedicated to the implementation of IT solutions for cross-asset Front-Office activities and to supporting businesses to enable them to best capitalize on IT technologies.

On a daily basis, as an IT Developer Quant:

• You are attached to the Paris team and can interact with other team members internationally.
• You mainly take charge of:
  • Requests for scalable maintenance as well as IT support and monitoring of production releases.
  • Developments in order to achieve the best possible solution (functionalities studied and specified upstream by Quant/business analysts).
  • The integration of the Quant library and the performance of functional and technical tests.
• You work in close proximity with the Quants business teams with a view to increasing efficiency.
• You participate in the different Agile/Scrum rituals of the team.
• You participate in the Paris delivery cycle (Agile iterations, study and development phases, unit testing and non-regression, production implementation).

The main technologies used are C# language, Excel, DataSynapse, ArmoniK (Grid Computing) and CouchBase, Singlestore.

Redesigns are in progress so as to move towards a Services architecture.

Our work methodology is Agile and you are integrated into our community of Agile Developers.

You master English with a B2 level.

Position is based in Paris 13th with the possibility of working from home.

Required Skills / Qualifications / Experience

• Higher education in computer science, with at least 5 years of experience in developer roles around Microsoft technologies.
• Good knowledge in financial products on Rates, Forex, credit and especially XVA.
• Mastery of C# /.NET Core, Micro service / REST API / Web Service/Couchbase, SQL and relational basics.
• Comfortable working in a team; rigorous and organized; endowed with a good ability to communicate.
