Context: The cross-functional center of expertise within Assets IA focuses on development, innovation, data, AI, and service delivery. It is responsible for designing pilot projects and innovative finished products for the group and its clients. We are seeking a user support profile for a "Chat

GPT" AI application for group employees (target population: 100,000 employees). Main responsibilities: – Support users in learning and using the application daily. – Ensure a high level of user satisfaction by responding quickly, clearly, and informatively to requests. – Guarantee service continuity by handling incidents, anomalies, and support requests within defined timeframes. – Gather, qualify, and escalate business needs to improve the tool (quality of responses, usability, new features). – Contribute to the adoption and dissemination of best practices for AI use (prompting, limitations, data security). – Develop and maintain automated test scripts. – Participate in the continuous improvement of the service through documentation, training, and feedback. – Produce activity reports (volume, frequency of problems, areas for improvement). Specific expertise:Skills:

• Understanding of how a conversational AI such as Chat

GPT works.

• Familiarity with best practices in prompt engineering. Ability to prioritize and manage multi-channel requests. Meticulous attention to detail in tracking requests. Ability to test, reproduce, and document bugs or unexpected behavior. General understanding of web environments (browser, SSO, access rights, latency, caches, etc.). Knowledge of automated testing solutions.

Soft skills:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English. Strong customer service and user relationship skills. Ability to adapt communication style to diverse audiences (non-technical, business, IT, management).

Profile of consultant expected level: Graduate Bac+5 from an engineering school or equivalent.
