IT Project Manager, Integration – Technical PMO, Electronic Invoicing

• Design and maintain project dashboards, progress KPIs, and risk tracking
• Organize and facilitate cross-functional project governance meetings
• Track the progress of integration workstreams between ERP systems, the Talend middleware, and e-invoicing platforms
• Translate technical architects' constraints into an actionable roadmap
• Act as the orchestrator between the IT department, external integrators, and business stakeholders
• Ensure transparent, proactive, and collaborative communication
• Immediately take over the operational management of the workstream
• Structure governance, secure integration deliverables, and ensure smooth communication between IT teams, architects, and business stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience as a Senior PMO or IT Integration Project Manager on major transformation programs or complex system interconnection initiatives
• Strong understanding of IT architecture
• Knowledge of EDI, API, ETL/Talend flows, and multi-ERP architectures
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical architects
• Experience with electronic invoicing is a strong advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to adapt immediately, strong execution discipline, diplomacy, and sound prioritization skills
• Availability to meet the two-month deadline
• Freelance status
