IT Project Manager & Finance Transformation H/F

We are currently recruiting for our client, a large international company, for an IT Project Manager & Finance Transformation H/F role.

The company is undergoing a major finance transformation programme, aiming to improve its reporting processes and redesign and harmonise its Finance Data Model, from Group Finance down to ERP and transactional data level.

This is a strategic role, positioned at the core of the transformation, acting as a key bridge between Finance and IT.

The role is based in Paris.

What will I be doing?

• Working closely with Finance leadership and architects to define and implement the Finance Data Model within the EPM environment, aligned with Group Finance requirements.
• Acting as a Project Manager and central coordination point between Group Finance, IT, ERP teams, and local finance teams.
• Collecting, structuring, and validating business and functional requirements with Group Finance and key stakeholders.
• Bridging the gap between Finance and IT, ensuring alignment between ERP and EPM data models and processes.
• Overseeing and coordinating complex data integrations and data flows between ERP systems and the EPM platform.
• Driving change management and stakeholder engagement across a highly dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
• Playing a key role in structuring processes and supporting the transformation of finance tools and practices.

What kind of skills and background will I need to have?

You have strong experience in finance transformation and project management, with a solid understanding of Finance Data Models and how they interact with ERP and EPM systems.

Ideally, you bring:

• Significant experience as an IT Project Manager / Finance Transformation Lead in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes (consolidation, reporting, FP&A).
• Experience working on EPM implementations or transformations, with exposure to ERP integration.
• A strong understanding of how transactional data feeds EPM platforms.
• The ability to operate at the intersection of Finance and IT, acting as a true business partner.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills.
• Experience working in dynamic, fast‑paced environments is highly valued.
• Fluency in French and English.
