IT Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects, from scoping to delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.
• Design and implement solutions that leverage data science, machine learning, and AI to enhance decision‑making and operational efficiency.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure alignment with business goals and compliance with IT governance standards.
• Monitor and report on project performance, KPIs, and ROI.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT project management, ideally in digital transformation or AI‑related initiatives.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and reengineering.
• Familiarity with data science concepts, machine learning frameworks, and AI technologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in French and English; German language is a plus.
• Knowledge of data analytics tools (Python, Qlik Sense).

Preferred Skills

• Certification in project management is a plus (e.g., Prince2, Agile/Scrum).
• Ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
