IT Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead fixed-price projects end to end: scoping, planning, budget tracking, risk management, decision-making, and control of costs, timelines, quality, and profitability
• Ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of commitments
• Lead project steering committees and governance meetings
• Provide reporting and track key performance indicators
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams
• Build and manage customer relationships with a focus on value creation and continuous improvement
• Identify new opportunities with customers
• Support and develop less experienced project managers and project leads
• Support the integration of AI tools and practices
• Contribute to sharing best practices and fostering a culture of innovation

Requirements

• More than 12 years of solid experience in the digital and technology sector
• Several years of experience managing IT projects
• Experience coordinating delivery and business teams (MOE/MOA)
• Ability to manage complex projects while meeting cost, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives
• Ability to build trusted relationships and bring together diverse stakeholders
• Enjoyment of demanding environments and challenging assignments
• Pragmatic approach to decision-making
• Proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate difficulties and propose appropriate solutions
