IT Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and monitor their progress.
• Coordinate technical teams and stakeholders.
• Manage and prioritize production incidents in collaboration with the relevant teams.
• Track application changes and the product roadmap.
• Develop and maintain schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
• Monitor team workload and help ensure effective resource allocation.
• Define and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) to support project governance.
• Identify risks, propose action plans, and support teams in resolving issues.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables and adherence to commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT project management or a strong technical background.
• Good understanding of software development environments.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and/or the V-model (Waterfall).
• Proficiency with project management tools.
• Fluent English required (daily communication with an international team).
