IT Project Manager

Overview

Lead the IT Project team and drive operational excellence across projects, security, compliance, and internal tooling. Foster a collaborative, autonomous, and high-performance culture. Oversee the administration, security, and evolution of Pennylane’s core IT infrastructure and SaaS ecosystem. Administer key platforms such as Okta, Cloudflare Zero Trust, Google Workspace. Manage Identity & Access Management processes through SSO and SCIM. Lead initiatives aimed at improving scalability, efficiency, and operational quality across the IT organization. Play a key role in shaping AI adoption within the Security / IT department. Ensure all IT operations remain aligned with Pennylane’s security and compliance standards. Oversee the management and security posture of Pennylane’s IT fleet. Manage external vendors and contribute to operational cost efficiency. Collaborate closely with IT Support, Security Compliance, AppSec, and FinSec teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Lead/IT Project Manager, or similar role in a fast-growing SaaS or tech environment.
• Experience managing operational IT projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring technical teams is a strong plus.
• Strong hands-on experience with SaaS administration tools such as Google Workspace, Jamf, Slack, Notion, Okta, and Cloudflare Zero Trust.
• Solid understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts, including SSO and SCIM.
• Comfortable working in Apple/macOS environments.
• Good understanding of IT security, access governance, and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2.
• Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, automation workflows, and enterprise AI adoption practices.
• Scripting and automation skills (Bash/Zsh, Python) are considered a strong plus.
• Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken).
