IT Project Manager

Paris or Montpellier 5+ years Permanent IS project management

Reporting to the IT applications manager, you run information-system projects from design through to production, working closely with the business departments.

Your responsibilities

• Manage IS projects from design to production, in collaboration with the Customer Services business department.
• Ensure the operational upkeep of applications and keep documentation up to date.
• Contribute to setting up client reporting indicators.
• Gather and analyse business needs, and lead workshops and project committees.
• Write functional specifications and coordinate the IT, business and vendor teams.
• Support the delivery (MOE) and business (MOA) teams in drafting requirement specifications.
• Organise testing, deployment and application maintenance.

Your profile

• At least 5 years’ experience in project management and web-application management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills: communication, rigour, autonomy and drive.
• Command of project-management methods (planning, budget, indicators) and PMO tools (SCIForma, JIRA).
• Adaptability and a strong team spirit.
