Role summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic infrastructure and platform transformation projects within the ITDS domain.

These projects are part of the Move to Cloud (M2C) strategy, aimed at modernizing legacy systems and enhancing operational agility.

The successful candidate will manage high‑impact initiatives including the migration of SharePoint On‑Premises to the cloud, implementation of a new SMTP Gateway, and the phase‑out of Citrix XenApp.

Objectives et deliverables

• SharePoint On-Premises Migration

  • Lead the migration of High Business Impact SharePoint sites to Office 365 cloud.

  • Ensure data protection through implementation of data access policies, DLP policies, and data labeling.

  • Coordinate readiness activities to meet the July 14, 2026 end‑of‑support deadline for SharePoint 2019.

  • Collaborate with security and compliance teams to validate cloud capabilities for sensitive data.

• SMTP Gateway – New Solution

  • Manage the Proof of Concept (PoC) for the selected SMTP Gateway solution.

  • Oversee implementation and migration of existing email flows to the new gateway.

  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards.

  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and steering committee approvals.

• Citrix XenApp Phaseout

  • Execute the strategic divestment of Citrix XenApp from the portfolio.

  • Prevent onboarding of new applications to Citrix.

  • Lead modernization efforts for existing applications (SaaS, cloud‑based, web‑based).

  • Coordinate migration to alternative platforms such as Windows client apps or Cloud PC.

  • Identify and act on quick wins (e.g., disabling unused or insecure applications).

  • Ensure decommissioning aligns with data center closures and M2C strategy.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5–10 years of experience managing complex IT infrastructure and cloud migration projects.

• Proven track record in delivering enterprise‑scale transformation initiatives.

• Strong understanding of cloud migration, data protection, and infrastructure lifecycle.

• Familiarity with Office 365, SharePoint, SMTP protocols, Citrix, and virtualization technologies.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple complex projects with tight deadlines.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
