IT Project Leader H/F

Responsibilities

• Ensure robust, secure, and scalable IT solutions enabling automated assembly, logistics, sequencing, traceability, and shopfloor execution in highly automated JIT environments.
• Drive and challenge continuous improvement on JIT IT solutions, focusing on availability, performance, and usability.
• Develop and maintain global JIT IT standards, including whitebooks, templates, and guidelines.
• Capitalize lessons learned from pilot and proof‑of‑concept plants and support rollout and replication in multiple regions.
• Apply GIT standard rules, ensuring cybersecurity, data integrity, and system robustness.
• Guide and train ME & Plant teams for IT projects and architecture in JIT/JIS.
• Contribute to RFQ phases, cost estimates, and challenge development timing, including business case validation.
• Define and ensure standard IT solutions for JIT/JIS plants, such as sequencing & kitting, warehouse management systems, IJCore/JISPOS/EDI interfaces, traceability & paperless production, automation bricks, and AI integration.
• Ensure alignment with corporate IT architecture and standards.
• Facilitate collaboration between GIT and ME teams (PLCs, automation bricks) as a complete ME IT interface.
• Provide mobility for travel worldwide.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Industrial Systems, or equivalent (Bac +5).
• 5–10 years of experience in Manufacturing IT, industrial digitalization, logistics, or JIT systems.
• Fluent in English (written and oral).
• Solid understanding of JIT processes.
• Software development knowledge is a benefit.
• Valid driving licence type B.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi‑site IT projects.
• Strong communication skills in cross‑cultural and global environments.
• Teamwork, leadership, autonomy, ownership, and accountability.
• Ability to work in fast‑changing, high‑pressure industrial programs.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Creativity and technical curiosity.
