IT Project Leader

Responsibilities

• To ensures robust, secure, and scalable IT solutions enabling automated assembly & logistics, sequencing, traceability, and shopfloor execution in highly automated JIT environments.
• Drive and challenge continuous improvement on JIT IT solutions (availability, performance, usability).
• Develop and maintain global JIT IT standards (Whitebook, templates, guidelines).
• Capitalize lessons learned from pilot and “proof-of-concept” plants.
• Support rollout and replication in multiple regions.
• Ensure GIT standard rules are applied. Cybersecurity, data integrity, and system robustness.
• Guide and train ME & Plant teams for IT projects and architecture in JIT / JIS.
• Contribute to RFQ phases, cost estimates and challenge development timing, business case validation.
• Define and ensure standard IT solutions for JIT/JIS plants, for example:
  • Sequencing & kitting
  • Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • IJCore / JISPOS / EDI interfaces
  • Traceability & paperless production
  • Automation bricks
  • AI integration to improve systems
• Ensure alignment with corporate IT architecture and standards.
• Ensure collaborations between GIT and ME Team (PLCs, automation bricks), as a Complete seat ME IT interface.
• Mobility for travel worldwide.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (Engineering, IT, Industrial Systems) or equivalent (Bac+5).
• 5–10 years experience in Manufacturing IT, Industrial digitalization, Logistics / JIT systems.
• Fluent English (written and oral).
• Understanding and knowledge of JIT process.
• Software development knowledge is a benefit.
• Driving licence type B.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-site IT projects.
• Strong communication in cross-cultural and global environments.
• Teamwork skills.
• Leadership, autonomy, ownership, and accountability.
• Ability to work in fast-changing, high-pressure industrial programs.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.

Salary Range: EUR from 60000
