IT Project Lead - Oracle Implementation
We are seeking a hands-on IT Project Lead to play a pivotal role in a major digital transformation program. In this high-impact position, you will lead the transition from legacy systems (SAP ECC, BFC, Anaplan) to a modern Oracle Fusion ERP & EPM ecosystem. Reporting directly to the IT Program Lead, you will serve as the operational backbone of the project, ensuring seamless coordination between global IT teams, system integrators, and the central PMO to drive governance and delivery readiness.\n\n€850 - €1,100 a day
Key Responsibilities:\n\n
Operational Coordination: Drive IT stream priorities, manage resource allocation, and resolve critical escalations to maintain program momentum. >
Governance & Alignment: Represent the IT department in leadership forums, manage cross-stream dependencies, and facilitate high-level decision-making. >
Workshop Leadership: Organize and lead end-to-end IT workshops and onsite sessions, ensuring clear agendas and actionable follow-ups. >
Technical Integrity: Leverage deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP/EPM) to support solution arbitrations and ensure alignment with long-term IT strategy. >
Candidate Profile:\n\n
Experience: 10 years in large-scale ERP implementations, including at least two full cycles led from the client side (initiation to go-live). >
Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of Finance and Procurement processes. Proficiency in Oracle modules (such as FCCS, ARCS, General Ledger, and Procurement) is highly preferred. >
Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to challenge system integrators and align senior internal stakeholders without friction. >
