IT Product Manager
About the job
SPM Product manager main role is to define the strategy and vision of the Silva SPM product, drive the design based on business expectations, and coordinate development and deployment. He/she scales the product to meet business objectives and customer satisfaction.
Note: SPM will be a new product following PEPPS implementation for AXA GO, so the focus will be on the productization of PEPPS as a product for other entities and continuing to evolve and enhance the product.
Main missions
- Fully accountable for the product’s scope throughout the entire lifecycle, including user needs and market trend analysis, marketing, communication, brand management, finance (costing, pricing, invoicing), P&L, build, transition, operations, support, continuous improvement, and decommissioning, according to the Product Management Framework standards.
- Ensures performance sustainability and cost efficiency of the product, with the primary target to deliver value for the Group.
- Identifies which processes, architecture, and business capabilities the product will contribute to.
- Federates all initiatives in a functional area and provides guidance to the team in charge of development activities.
- Aligns with other processes/teams: Product Portfolio Management, Product catalog management, architecture, security, risk, compliance, OPD, Global service center, ITAM, etc.

- ServiceNow SPM module functional knowledge
