Your Mission

As part of the tech team, you will contribute to Qonto’s success by creating the best IT environment and experience for over 1,800 employees, with a strong focus on office network reliability for our new office.

Reporting to Xavier, Senior Lead IT, you will combine a hands‑on support role with the ownership of network management.

You will be involved in the new office network deployment and setup, and then run it day to day. You will be accountable for the network’s well‑being: availability, performance, and security.

You will also support Qonto employees by solving support requests, managing user accounts and their lifecycle, diagnosing software and hardware issues on users’ devices, while maintaining a high level of security and confidentiality.

Agentic AI mindset: You are curious and comfortable experimenting with AI assistants and agentic workflows to automate repetitive work, improve standards, and reduce recurring incidents with clear guardrails.

Responsibilities

  • Support and assist: You will be the first on‑site contact in our main office (Paris) for network‑related issues and will provide support while committing to continuous improvement. You will also be the point of contact and own relationships with our coworking providers across our international offices.
  • Deploy and own the main office network: You will drive the vendor for the network deployment and setup in the new Paris office (Wi‑Fi, certificate lifecycle, Radius, firewall management, routing, switching, ISP management, segmentation, etc.). You will be accountable for the operation and maintenance of the network, focusing on reliability, performance, and security.
  • Operate and improve: You will monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents, run root‑cause analysis, and drive continuous improvements (documentation, standards, preventive maintenance, logging and monitoring, patch management, capacity planning, radio audit and optimization, vendor follow‑up, etc.).
  • Coordinate: On network matters, you will coordinate the collaboration between the Workplace Team, the Security Team, and the IT Team to help deliver an outstanding employee experience.
  • Administrate: You will assist in managing and automating the IT applications, accounts, and access rights (One Login, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, 1Password, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Security‑mindful: Familiarity with security‑related network topics such as certificate lifecycle, RADIUS/802.1X, firewall management, vulnerability management, and logging/monitoring.
  • Support background: Solid experience in IT support and a pragmatic, hands‑on approach to helping others.
  • Curious and proactive: Enjoy learning, improving standards, and using AI to work smarter.
  • Problem‑solving and composure: Ability to diagnose issues, frame options, drive a resolution, and monitor for success; stay calm in challenging situations to find practical solutions.
  • Language: Fluently speak and write English.
