IT Operations Manager

As a key member of our 6‑strong IT team, and reporting to David, our IS Department Manager, you will play a key role in the day‑to‑day management of IT operations, ensuring the availability, performance and security of our IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle incidents and user requests
• Advising and supporting users
• Installing, maintaining and upgrading user workstations
• Learning about new materials and helping set them up
• Handling technical relations with service providers
• Maintaining computer equipment
• Enhance users’ digital experience

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of computers or servers
• Ease of adaptation and anticipation
• Stand‑alone
• Spirit of cohesion, sense of communication and sharing
