Role description:

• Provide needed accesses / licenses / seats
• Revoke access
• Provide any help during on-boarding ( how-to VPN, Smart

Admin etc )

• Google Workspaces / Jira / Confluence / Dashlane / Microsoft
• Responsible for Active Directory configuration & management
• Setting up email redirects
• Provide access to shared inboxes or left employees
• Forgot my Microsoft / Dashlane password and/or changed my phone request
• Help in configuring Confluence / Jira
• VPN-related issues
• Buy software ( example: license for Charles )
• Contract renewals & negotiations

• Issues with laptop(s)
• Issues with phones & sim cards
• Inventory management

• Introduction of FIDO keys
• Introduction of MDMs
• Phishing campaigns for training purposes
• Other security-related trainings ( if competence allows )
• Review tools & 3rd party services configuration for security
• If 2FA is configured
• If integration with Active Directory is made
• If any other ( IP restriction ) configurations is applicable
• If audit logs ( whenever possible / makes sense ) are enabled
