IT Modern Workplace Lead & Onsite Support Specialist

act digital EMEA - Alter Solutions is seeking an IT Modern Workplace & Support Specialist to serve as the on-site SPOC for Brussels office IT operations. You will own incidents, service requests, assets, and end-user support, coordinating with central IT and external suppliers as needed.

You will manage Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Intune, Entra ID) and support end-user devices, onboarding, inventory, and documentation.
