IT Manager FR/UK/BEN

Position

IT Manager – Permanent Contract – Lisses (France).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all IT infrastructure in France, Benelux, Ireland and the UK.
• Manage IT infrastructure aspects, ERP and non‑ERP applications, in close collaboration with the Group’s Global IT team and Managing Directors.
• Provide hands‑on user support, liaise with service providers and deploy IT policies and rules.
• Manage IT hardware assets and mobile telephony.
• Act as the primary contact for the portfolio of IT suppliers.
• Implement, coordinate and monitor internal systems and procedures in line with Group policies.
• Analyze IT needs arising from business activities and contribute to the annual budgeting process.
• Recommend IT solutions that deliver efficiency gains and added value for the organization.
• Manage and coordinate IT projects such as system upgrades and migrations.
• Ensure the security of procedures and information systems (training, awareness, internal data control).
• Manage IT asset tracking.

Travel

Regular travel across sites: Lisses (91), Sorgues (84), Oosterhout (NL) and Swinton/Rochester (UK).

Languages

Fluency in both English and French is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s level degree (Bac +5) from an engineering school in IT or a related university degree.
• 5–10 years of professional experience as a system/network administrator, network engineer, system engineer, or IT project manager, preferably with project management experience.
• Knowledge of workstation, server and hardware/software architecture principles.
• Experience in IT project coordination and monitoring.
• Familiarity with information systems security.
• Experience in autonomous administration and installation of IT networks.
• Mastery of COBIT, ITIL, ISO or NIST standards.
• Strong communication skills, able to adapt messaging to different stakeholders.
• Solid organizational skills to optimize scheduling around planned and unplanned constraints.
• Curiosity, rigor and commitment to continuous improvement and customer service.
