IT Manager

Dioxycle pioneers breakthrough carbon utilization technologies that convert industrial emissions into sustainable chemicals. The carbon electrolyzer enables clean, energy‑efficient conversion of CO₂ to valuable chemicals.

Your Mission: Dioxycle seeks an IT Manager to develop and maintain the company’s IT and cybersecurity systems in collaboration with the Systems team. The role reports to the Director of Engineering and focuses on ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve the company’s IT environment – laptops, mobile devices, operating systems, SaaS tools, networks, and user accounts.
• Design, implement, and operate cybersecurity controls across endpoints, identity, cloud infrastructure, and internal systems (patching, monitoring, incident response).
• Ensure security and IT readiness for customers, partners, and investors, including responses to security questionnaires and preparation for audits or certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
• Document policies, procedures, and risk decisions.
• Promote practical security and IT practices company‑wide through clear policies, onboarding, training, and day‑to‑day guidance that balance security, usability, and engineering velocity.

Location: Onsite in Saint Ouen sur Seine, Paris, France

Abilities and Expertise

• Experience in an IT internship or role (or training in a relevant diploma program).
• English is the daily working language; speaking French is a plus.
