IT Helpdesk Technician Apprentice

The IT Team of our Corporate Office, Oetker Hotels, located in Paris 8, is looking for its next talent to join the team and contribute to our upcoming projects!

Missions

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide first-level assistance for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Respond to help desk tickets and escalate when necessary
• Set up, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other devices
• Perform routine equipment checks, basic repairs, and replacements
• Install, update, and troubleshoot software applications while ensuring licensing and security compliance
• Support users with software-related questions and issues

Network & System Assistance

• Troubleshoot wired and wireless network connectivity issues
• Perform basic network checks (cables, connections, device status)
• Assist with applying updates, patches, and security fixes
• Help maintain accurate hardware and software inventory

Security Awareness

• Follow IT security protocols to protect data and assets
• Report security incidents or vulnerabilities to the IT team

Profile

• Completion of 1 to 2 years of higher education.
• Demonstrated interest in information technology, with a strong motivation to learn and develop new skills.
• Foundational knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and common software applications.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a proactive and solutions‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with users and colleagues.
• Team‑oriented, with the ability to collaborate and contribute to a supportive work environment.
• Fluent level of English (oral and written)
