As part of the IT support team, you will work in a dynamic, international environment serving internal users. Reporting to the IT Service Center Manager, you will handle and resolve IT incidents to ensure service quality and continuity.
Responsibilities
- Handle user requests through various channels (calls, tickets, emails) in French and English.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support and ensure that incidents are tracked.
- Diagnose, analyze, and resolve IT issues related to workstations, mobile devices, and applications.
- Assist users and manage the distribution and replacement of IT equipment.
- Write and maintain technical documentation and support procedures.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services and participate in projects related to the information system.
Qualifications
- Two- or three-year degree in computer science
- At least 3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
- Proficiency with Windows 10/11 environments and an understanding of IT infrastructure.
- Strong interpersonal and writing skills in French and English (minimum B2 level).

- Knowledge of Microsoft SCCM
- Computer networking skills
- Knowledge of Intune and the Entra environment
