Team

We are looking for an IT G&A application manager, which will be central to LumApps’ continued global scaling, directly enabling efficient operations across all G&A functions to support our next phase of growth, ensuring that all support functions can get the most out of our tech stack.

Missions

• Support Users & System Evolution:
  • Provide expert second‑level support for G&A application use across the G&A teams.
  • Coordinate with integrators: manage and coordinate with our integrators and G&A systems providers, addressing bugs and driving system enhancements.
  • Ensure consistency & data integrity between all G&A systems. Analyze all evolution requests with a holistic view on potential impact on our G&A tech stack.
• Improve our systems & participate in strategic initiatives:
  • Shape the future: collect, analyse, challenge, and prioritise requests for finance system, process, and master data evolutions to maintain and continuously refine our G&A systems roadmap.
  • Lead evolution projects in partnership with systems integrators and key users.
  • Participate in high‑impact projects, including integrating newly acquired companies into our systems and implementing new tools for diverse topics such as P2P, Travel & Expenses, CSR KPI’s management.
  • Act as a bridge between functional teams and technical providers.

Tech Stack

You will gain hands‑on experience and provide support for the following systems (subject to change as the tech stack evolves):

• ERPs: NetSuite, SAP ByD (SAP By Design). Unification project will launch in 2026.
• ERP add‑ons: ZoneCapture (AP Automation), ZoneReconcile (Bank Rec), ZoneSFTP, Celigo Cloud.
• Subscription management: ChargeBee, EPM: Lucanet. New RFP in 2026.
• HRIS/ATS: Lucca (incl. Expense Reports and Project Management), Teamtailor.
• P2P & Travel: Spendesk, Egencia, Pivot (to be implemented).
• Cash Management: Cobase.
• Worksheets: Excel (with PowerQuery) and Google Sheets.
• Legal: ContractWorks, DocuSign.
• Others: Jira Service Management.

Skills

Your Background & Technical Skills (Must‑Haves):

• At least 5 years of experience in administrating G&A systems ERP & financial systems.
• At least 3 years in administrating ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of accounting and controlling principles.
• Integrator management: demonstrated ability to challenge functional and financial proposals from financial system integrators.
• Data proficiency: strong SQL skills for data querying and analysis.
• Fluent in French and English.

Nice‑to‑Haves:

• Experience in a fast‑growing SaaS company.
• HRIS management, especially Lucca.
• Project manager experience: leading G&A projects in an international, cross‑functional environment.
