Team

We are looking for an IT G&A application manager, which will be central to LumApps’ continued global scaling, directly enabling efficient operations across all G&A functions. The Position Within the IT G&A team, part of the CFO Office, the IT G&A Support & Evolution manager, is responsible with a junior team member of optimizing the usage of our G&A tech stack, by the functional team including HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Corporate Operations. He will act as the vital bridge—the functional translator—between our business teams and technical providers.

Missions

  • Support Users & System Evolution
    • Provide Expert Support: Offer second‑level support for G&A application use across the G&A teams.
    • Coordinate with Integrators: Manage and coordinate with our integrators and G&A systems providers, addressing bugs and driving system enhancements.
    • Ensure consistency & data integrity: Ensure that master data are shared between all G&A systems and that data flows between them smoothly without alteration.
    • Analyze all evolution requests with a holistic view on all potential impacts on our G&A tech stack.
  • Improve our systems & participate to strategic initiatives
    • Shape the Future: Collect, analyze, challenge, and prioritize requests for finance system, process, and master data evolutions to maintain and continuously refine our G&A systems roadmap.
    • Lead evolution projects: Lead in partnership with systems integrators/providers for evolution projects, in coordination with key users.
    • Participate in strategic initiatives: Play a key role in high‑impact projects, including integrating newly acquired companies into our systems.
    • Implement new tools (for diverse topics like P2P, Travel & Expenses, CSR KPI’s management).
  • Key users are in charge of:
    • Demand Management: Act as the single entry point for scope requests, splitting requests between “Support request”, "training issues" and "evolution needs."
    • First‑Level Support: Assist users with functional issues before escalating to IT G&A.
    • Prioritize evolution needs within the scope.
    • Quality Control: Test and validate new reports or tool updates developed by IT G&A before they go live (User Acceptance Testing).
    • Change Management: Support training of new users for new evolution implementation.
    • Preventive maintenance of our G&A application; train key users and support their process & how‑to documentation.
    • Second‑Level Support: Manage support requests that key users cannot handle, and escalates to software provider or integrator.
    • Deploy evolution requests, either independently or with external expertise if necessary; for large projects provide detailed needs analysis & context to the G&A project management team.
  • You will gain hands‑on experience and provide support for the following tech stack (list may evolve):
    • ERPs: NetSuite, SAP ByD (SAP By Design) – Unification project launch in 2026.
    • ERP add‑ons: ZoneCapture, ZoneReconcile, ZoneSFTP, Celigo Cloud.
    • Subscription management: ChargeBee.
    • EPM: Lucanet – new RFP in 2026.
    • HRIS/ATS: Lucca (incl. Expense Reports and Project Management), Teamtailor.
    • P2P & Travel: Spendesk, Egencia, Pivot (to be implemented).
    • Cash Management: Cobase.
    • Worksheets: Excel (with PowerQuery) and Google Sheets.
    • Legal: ContractWorks, DocuSign.
    • Others: Jira Service Management.

Skills

  • Background & Technical Skills (Must‑Haves):
    • At least 5 years of experience administering G&A systems ERP & Financial Systems.
    • At least 3 years in administering ERP systems.
    • Business acumen: Good understanding of business processes, especially Accounting and Controlling principles.
    • Integrator Management: Demonstrated ability to challenge functional and financial proposals from financial system integrators.
    • Data proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
    • Language skills: Fluent in French & English.
  • Background & Technical Skills (Nice‑to‑Haves):
    • SaaS experience: Ideally working in a fast‑growing SaaS company.
    • HRIS management: Experience administering HR systems (ideally Lucca).
    • Project manager experience: Leading G&A projects in an international & cross‑functional environment.
  • Background & Technical Skills (Soft Skills):
    • Analytical & Problem Solver: Highly analytical with a keen eye for detail, adept at diagnosing complex issues and proposing practical, effective solutions. Capable of maintaining a global strategic perspective for scalable outcomes.
    • Collaborative & Persuasive Communicator: Empathetic and persuasive, skilled at translating functional needs into efficient, scalable solutions. Builds strong cross‑functional relationships, manages change and communication, and focuses on the company's overall strategy.
    • Tech‑Fluent: Comfortable navigating multiple software interfaces and patient while communicating with non‑technical users.
