IT Finance Project Manager – Paris

Join a large international company is transforming their Finance IT Systems Landscape.

They are looking for an experienced Project Manager with good IT Finance Systems experience (e.g. ERP, CPM, EPM Systems) to join their team and deliver a portfolio of projects.

Working with the IT Finance Programme team, the Project Manager will formulate and drive projects for Finance IT projects across workstreams including Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay and others. You will be responsible for setting up the Project plan and methodologies for the assigned scope, working together with Finance Process Owners, senior programme leadership and the technical ERP, EPM and Finance Systems team to set up and execute the project plan.

The role

• Finance IT Systems Project Management: End-to-end delivery management (including requirements gathering, through design, build and deployment)
• Set up the project plan: define milestones, monitor and report progress and manage stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure on-time delivery
• Set up solid Project Management methodology and review/quality assure Project Plans and Methodology from the System Integration Partner
• Track and report on Project Progress across assigned scope and cross-functional teams
• Coordinate collaboration between the central delivery team and the local implementation teams.
• Work with the project team and local users to ensure that all change is successfully embedded and sustainable

Requirements

• Prior IT Finance Project Management or Financial Systems PMO experience in a large international project
• Prior experience delivering IT projects for finance workstreams and finance transformation
• Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies: PMI, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall or similar, with proven working experience of these methodologies
• Lean/Six Sigma skills / prior R2R business analysis experience desirable
• Prior experience of Financial Systems or ERP solutions, e.g. Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics (D365), Cegid, Workday, Netsuite, Tagetik, Onestream, Anaplan, Pigment or similar
• Fluent English and French
