We are partnering with a leading French creative organization managing over €1B annually.

As part of a major IT modernization program, we are searching for a high-potential IT Domain Manager to take ownership of a mission-critical domain.

Unlike standard environments relying on off-the-shelf software, the organization builds its own complex, proprietary core-business applications in-house .

This role requires a unique balance: strong technical credibility to challenge internal engineering teams, combined with business acumen to manage budgets, roadmaps, and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead and grow a team of 20+ internal staff (Product Managers, POs, Developers, Tech Leads), fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Core Systems Ownership: Drive the lifecycle, performance, and architecture of custom-built, in-house business applications.
• Technical Credibility: Challenge developers on technical choices, system design, and technical debt management.
• Business & Strategy: Partner with business leaders to align prioritized roadmaps with strategic priorities.
• Governance & Budget: Own the domain’s budget, delivery tracking, and resource allocation.

Profile Required

• High-potential IT Leader or Senior Tech Lead / Engineering Manager ready for their next step up.
• Background in software engineering, capable of challenging dev teams on complex in-house systems.
