IT Director
A private family office seeks an experienced IT Director to manage its technology systems, cloud infrastructure, and data assets, and safeguard the personal cybersecurity of family members. This is the sole IT position, reporting to senior leadership and partnering closely on technology, AI, and cybersecurity strategy. No direct reports; leverage comes through service providers and affiliated staff.
The role spans the family office, its affiliates, and supported charitable entities — hands-on with vendor direction for smaller entities, monitoring/advisory for larger ones. Candidates should be methodical and process-oriented; the office maintains a stringent security posture the Director is expected to champion. Responsibilities ramp gradually as trust is established.
