Job Description

Procter & Gamble’s plant in Blois is among the largest shampoo production sites in the group, creating more than 2 million bottles daily. The site houses highly automated production lines for brands such as Head&Shoulders®, Pantene®, Herbal Essences®, Aussie®, and Old Spice®.

Job Location

BLOIS PLANT – located in the Loir‑et‑Cher region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize digital tools by creating customized solutions with Power BI, Power Apps, and VBA macros to improve process performance and efficiency at the factory.
• Integrate artificial intelligence and automation solutions into projects such as predictive maintenance to support teams in optimizing operations.
• Analyze data and create dashboards using visualization tools like Microsoft Power BI, Google Looker Studio, and Grafana.
• Work on Active Directory migration and manage firewall rules to strengthen system security.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to transform business processes and coordinate ongoing digital projects.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 program at an engineering school, or in a master’s program in Information Technology, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English and French, with strong communication skills in both languages.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, particularly with digital tools and data analysis.
• A collaborative spirit with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work effectively within cross‑functional teams.
