IT Deployment Project Manager

• Responsible for deploying digital solutions and supporting end users
• Participate in the rollout of digital tools on sites
• Define and structure the local deployment methodology
• Clarify requirements with business and IT teams
• Prepare and organize user training
• Provide on-site support and day-to-day user assistance
• Monitor tool adoption and report needs/incidents
• Support application updates and evolutions
• Maintain communication between central teams and site teams
• Ensure adherence to deployment schedules and deliverables

Requirements

• 2 years\' experience in IT tool deployment and change management
• Enjoys working on-site with teams, training and supporting users
• IT environment: Windows / Azure / SharePoint / CRM / business applications
• Agile project management (Scrum, backlog, user stories)
• Change management and user training experience
• Multi-site coordination and business/IT liaison
