IT Delivery Manager – Corporate Services

Role Overview

As our new IT Delivery Manager – Corporate Services, you will be responsible for supporting the deployment and maturity of the Corporate Services operating model across applications and services. You will ensure effective governance execution, operational coordination, service performance, and continuous improvement while fostering strong collaboration between Product, Support, Development, Infrastructure, Architecture, and Global Service Center teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 4–8 years of experience in IT Service Delivery, Application Support, IT Operations, or a similar coordination role
• Experience working within international organizations and offshore delivery models, including collaboration with geographically distributed teams
• Strong knowledge of IT service management, governance processes, KPI monitoring, and operational performance management
• Good understanding of IT architecture principles and their role in ensuring scalable and sustainable solutions
• Hands‑on experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Unity, Jira, Azure DevOps, and reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and continuous improvement mindset
• Fluent in English is required
