IT Consultant SAP EWM Manufacturing (m/f/d)
We are looking for an IT Consultant SAP EWM Manufacturing (m/f/d) to join our team in Obernai as soon as possible. This is a permanent position.
As an IT Consultant SAP EWM Manufacturing, you will take ownership of exciting SAP projects in the areas of production supply and internal logistics across all Hager manufacturing sites. Working closely with our Manufacturing business teams, you will develop solution concepts through workshops, support implementation, perform SAP customizing, and collaborate with your team on a variety of challenging tasks.
Your Responsibilities
- Focus on SAP manufacturing and warehouse modules, including inventory and warehouse management, production logistics, production planning, and production execution.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to design modern IT solutions that support end‑to‑end logistics processes within manufacturing—from goods receipt through production supply to the handover to subsequent production stages.
- Lead projects for the planning and implementation of internal logistics processes using SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM).
- Define technical specifications for ABAP developers, coordinate testing activities, and oversee the implementation of solutions.
- Manage application development and rollout activities using both internal D&I resources and external consulting partners.
Your Profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience as an SAP consultant or project manager, particularly in SAP WM/EWM projects.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing logistics processes and the integration of automated warehouse management systems.
- Fluent in French and English; German is considered an advantage.
