Leboncoin (1,200 employees, :€200M spend) is undergoing a strategic transformation: transitioning from Adevinta Group structure to full autonomy in a private equity context. Procurement plays a key role in this shift to optimize costs, rebuild processes, and support major projects (Tech nearshoring, 2026 e-invoicing reform, P2P overhaul).

Leboncoin is undergoing a strategic transformation with procurement central to optimizing costs, rebuilding processes, and supporting major projects (Tech nearshoring, 2026 e-invoicing reform, P2P overhaul). Your role includes managing end-to-end multiple indirect categories (focus IT/SaaS, Product & Technology, Professional Services, Marketing, Corporate Services) as the single point of contact for local stakeholders. You work autonomously while coordinating with Adevinta teams when needed.

Exigences du poste

• You own a Master’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering while having also 5+ years of working experience in Procurement, especially 3+ years with category management / strategic sourcing experience
• You are hands-on; willing to challenge status quo and to work as part of the corporate transformation
• With your continuous improvement mindset, you will identify opportunities to use existing processes and tools
• You know how to use and analyze data
• You are fluent in English (written and verbal)

Responsabilités liées au poste

• IT/SaaS & Tech categories: lead strategic projects (tools, licenses, infra, service providers) with strong business partnering with IT/Product teams
• Transformational projects: Tech nearshoring (:100 people), P2P multi-provider optimization, e-invoicing reform preparation
• Stakeholder management: be the Procurement trusted advisor, manage demand, evangelize processes, drive tool adoption
• Sourcing & contract management: RFx, negotiations, benchmarking, SRM with key suppliers
• Quick wins & savings: identify short-term opportunities while building mid-term category strategies
• Versatility: explore/take ownership of new categories based on business needs (curiosity essential)
