IT Business Analyst Supply Chain Execution (SAP MM/LE)

YOUR FUTURE TEAM

The Supply Execution Team (F2S) designs and deploys IT supply execution solutions for L’Oréal countries and distribution centres worldwide. The team collaborates closely with the NEO Team (transformation project to S/4 Hana) and the business community to provide efficient and effective solutions.

YOUR MISSION

As part of the Delivery Supply Execution central team, you will focus on SAP ECC and S4 Hana, delivering support and solutions across the Group.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage flows between entities.
• Oversee stock management.
• Configure new brand integrations.
• Provide level‑4 support and hypercare for deployed solutions.
• Collect and challenge site needs, develop, optimise and maintain operational information systems.
• Translate processes and rules into functional specifications and configurations; write documentation following the quality assurance plan.
• Propose organisational solutions or minimal custom developments to resolve discrepancies.
• Build skills and deploy solutions to different entities and brands.
• Define solution specifications, design and adapt applications, prepare functional tests and validate deployments.
• Organise training, demonstrations and practical documentation for users.
• Receive, validate and integrate change requests from sites, ensuring consistency with other areas.
• Deliver level‑4 support to end users, managing hypercare duties.
• Update documentation and support training facilitation.
• Contribute to development and sustainability of information systems.
• Identify, analyse and manage risks, developing action plans to overcome them.
• Drive process progress, report risks and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate timelines and manage complex IT projects such as interface of planning solution with S/4.
• Maintain relationships with Business Owners, keeping them regularly informed.
• Respect project methodology, regularly updating planning, cost, risk matrix and monitoring sheets.

QUALIFICATIONS

Business Processes

• Good knowledge of supply execution domain: MRP, ASN, inbound and outbound delivery, inventory, copacking.

Technical Skills

• At least 8 years of experience with strong SAP MM and LE skills (other modules welcome).
• ABAP debugging.
• Knowledge of API, EDI interfaces and ELK.
• Nice to have: Fiori and SD experience.

Language & Education

• Very good proficiency in English and French.
