Travel Required

Support a wholesale distribution organization in Ontario by shaping resilient infrastructure strategies and integrating enterprise IT with operational technology across manufacturing operations and multiple sites. This is a remote, long-term contract with occasional travel to Georgetown, Ontario.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, investigate solutions, consult with specialists, and develop high-level technical architecture.
• Develop solution architectures across workstreams, identify dependencies, analyze options, and lead proofs of concept.
• Prepare project estimates for time, resources, and costs and support project planning.
• Develop and maintain architecture standards, reference architectures, roadmaps, and documentation.
• Conduct architectural reviews, facilitate review meetings, and support governance processes.
• Collaborate with architects and specialists across enterprise, digital, security, and application functions.
• Research technology solutions and trends, assess their applicability, and provide technical architecture expertise.
