IT Application Manager

My client is looking is looking for an experienced IT Application Manager who has a strong background in ERP Systems and a good understanding of financial and trade processes in the industrial sector.

Responsibilities

• Selecting and implementing new Software Applications that are cloud and server based in an Azure & AVD environment, in collaboration with stakeholders from different departments and functions
• Maintaining and developing existing Software Applications to ensure they are up to date, secure, reliable, and aligned with business requirements and best practices
• Documenting and creating Workflow Sheets for Software Applications to provide clear and consistent guidance for users and developers
• Training and supporting users on Software Applications to enhance their skills and confidence in using the tools effectively
• Managing IT Service Provider for Application & Infrastructure issues to ensure timely and quality service delivery and resolution of problems
• Communicating and reporting on the status, progress and challenges of Software Applications projects and initiatives

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, engineering or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience with Salesforce and/or Sage considered a plus
• Experience with Project Management
• Permanent Right to Work in France
