IT and Cybersecurity Risk Manager

Role Profile: Within the Risk & Compliance department, the IT and Cybersecurity Risk Manager will strengthen the Group's ICT risk management framework and digital operational resilience strategy across all Euronext entities.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead the preparation of regular monitoring and analysis of the external risk environment, including emerging ICT and operational risks, and coordinate with the Cyber Threat Intelligence team.
• Identify, assess, and monitor ICT risks (cybersecurity, data, IT, third‑party providers, business continuity) and support the creation and maintenance of risk registers and dashboards.
• Develop and enhance ICT risk mitigation strategies and action plans, and track the progress of improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of Group and local risk profiles and the definition of key risk indicators, ensuring alignment with company policies and regulatory frameworks such as DORA, ISO27001, and NIS2.
• Participate in operational risk oversight, change and project management, and in the development of operational risk indicators.
• Support the Digital Operational Resilience Strategy, including AI risk assessment and governance, by reviewing and updating the AI risk framework and taking part in the AI Decision Committee.
• Enhance risk processes, methodologies, templates, and tools, and prepare internal reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and governance forums.
• Develop risk awareness programs and training initiatives to embed a strong risk culture across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

Education and Experience

• Minimum three years of higher education in IT, cybersecurity, or risk management, or equivalent professional experience.
• Entry‑level knowledge of IT systems, cybersecurity concepts, and risk management frameworks.
• Familiarity with ISO27001, NIST, and CIS best practices.
• Understanding of financial regulation (e.g., MIFID, DORA, NIS2) is an added advantage.

Skills and Competencies

• Fluent in English; French language skills are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, autonomous, and able to synthesize complex information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated interest in digital risk.
