How You’ll Impact
- Proactive 1st Level Support – You are the first point of contact for all colleagues across our global offices, ensuring fast and solution‑oriented IT support, both on‑site and remotely.
- Reliable Client Management – You manage our client devices, from Windows laptops to iOS smartphones, handling rollouts, updates, and troubleshooting to keep IT running smoothly.
- Strong Office Infrastructure – You own the maintenance of workplace and meeting room infrastructure, covering hardware setup and audio‑visual systems.
- Hands‑On Project Involvement – You contribute to change initiatives and projects, optimizing our internal IT environment.
- Ownership of Key Processes – You conduct recurring operational tasks such as managing internal ordering processes and asset tracking.

What You’ll Bring
- Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist in system integration or IT systems electronics technician, or relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience in end‑user support, especially in Windows environments; experience with iOS devices is an advantage.
- Conscientious and flexible working style with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Genuine enjoyment in supporting colleagues with professionalism, patience, and a service mindset.
- Communication confidently in the local language and business‑fluent in English.
