Overview

Gama is a deep-tech company developing high-performance deployable structures for space, including solar sails for deep space exploration and drag sails for satellite deorbitation. Do you think this could be you? To pursue our ambitious vision, we are looking for IT administrator (m/f). In this position, you will help maintain, secure and develop our IT infrastructure which includes some cloud based as well as on-premises services, and help us build and maintain an infrastructure to build and scale up production and test for our products. This requires sometimes to be in the office to maintain the on-premises services.

Your mission

• Maintain and administrate our online services which include a static website, a Microsoft Cloud and Active Directory, a Gitlab registry, a Google workspace and some virtual servers.
• Maintain, administrate and expand our on-premises server stack based on Proxmox and Docker as well as the services running on it.
• This includes improving our telemetry infrastructure for production tests together with our engineering team.
• Maintain and adapt our ERP service.
• Maintain and secure our network (local (W)LAN and VPN).
• Plan and execute long term goals to improve our IT infrastructure.
• Take over as IT lead in the future.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in an IT related work
• Linux and Windows administration skills.
• An experience in network management and a good sense of cyber security.
• Strong analytical skills, a proactive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills and unbounded curiosity.
• Professional level English - further languages welcome.
