Job Summary
ISAMI Structural Analysis Software Developer (f/m) based in Toulouse, France. You will be part of the Structural Analysis Methods & Tools team, responsible for developing the ISAMI software framework used for sizing and certification of aircraft. The role focuses on high‑performance software development in Modern C++ and Python, code‑base modernization, and automation of simulation workflows to accelerate Airframe Engineering development cycles.

Responsibilities
- Develop software capabilities supporting stress and certification processes using Modern C++ and Python.
- Refactor and modernise legacy codebases (including Fortran) for high‑performance systems.
- Automate stress and simulation workflows to ensure data continuity across airframe processes.
- Support the definition of next‑generation sizing methods focusing on multidisciplinary engineering integration.
- Monitor and validate subcontracted work packages, ensuring strict adherence to technical and timeline commitments.
Qualifications
- Proven professional experience in scientific software development, software engineering, or aerospace engineering.
- Deep hands‑on expertise in Modern C++ development and clean, maintainable Python applications and GUIs (e.g., Qt).
- Solid structural engineering background with a strong focus on aerospace structural and stress analysis.
- Proficiency with industry‑standard Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools (MSC Nastran, Altair HyperWorks, or Simulia Abaqus); ISAMI environment is a strong plus.
- Full professional fluency in English is mandatory to operate within a highly transnational team.
