IS / Solution Architect M/F

IS / Solution Architect M/FIn the energy sector, this IS / Solution Architect M/F position is aimed at a profile capable of connecting business, technical, and operational challenges within complex, demanding, and constantly evolving environments. You will act as a central support point to design robust, coherent, and scalable architectures, while ensuring proper alignment between user needs, security constraints, performance objectives, and the information system transformation paths. Your role will consist of analyzing needs, structuring solutions, challenging technical choices, and supporting project teams in the implementation of reliable and sustainable foundations. With a consulting and co-construction mindset, you will help secure architectural directions and bring out pragmatic solutions adapted to the client’s priorities and on-the-ground realities.

Define and evolve the application, functional, and technical architecture of IS solutions

Analyze business needs and translate expectations into clear and usable architecture scenarios

Contribute to the design of target solutions consistent with standards, security, and integration constraints

Participate in impact studies, technical arbitrations, and validation of urbanization choices

Collaborate with project, development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business teams

Draft and maintain architecture deliverables: design documents, diagrams, guiding principles, reference frameworks

Support framing, implementation, testing, and deployment phases

Ensure solution consistency with a focus on performance, maintainability, and user value

To succeed in this role, an experienced profile is expected, with a strong overall vision of the information system and proven ability to work on high-stakes architecture topics. Your experience allows you to approach complex environments with method, perspective, and discernment, taking into account interactions between business, applications, flows, infrastructures, and compliance requirements. You know how to listen, formalize, structure, and convince, while maintaining a solution-oriented consulting posture. A good understanding of industrial or energy contexts is a major asset to communicate effectively with stakeholders and propose realistic, secure architectures aligned with the client’s objectives. Beyond technical skills, we are looking for someone capable of creating coherence, bringing people together around their proposals, and carrying a useful and sustainable architecture vision.

More than 10 years of experience in IS architecture, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture

Strong command of application, functional, and technical architecture principles

Proven experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments

Ability to formalize architecture documents, diagrams, and structured recommendations

Good understanding of integration, interfacing, security, and urbanization challenges

Ability to challenge needs and propose robust, suitable solutions

Excellent communication, summarizing, and coordination skills

Experience in the energy sector or in a demanding industrial environment appreciated

Higher education in computer science, information systems, engineering, or equivalent

The salary offered for this position is between 60,000 and 70,000 gross per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
