POSITION AND MISSIONS

Within AEW, the real estate asset management platform of Natixis Investment Managers, you join the Data Management & IT team as a Project Manager. You particularly intervene on automation and digitalization needs and projects related to the Heritage field and the marketing of funds for the general public in France.

On a daily basis, your missions are to:

• Analyze the functional needs of the AEW business teams;
• Manage the evolution projects of existing systems as well as the implementation of new solutions to meet business or regulatory needs;
• Maintain systems in operational condition through system support and maintenance activities;
• Provide support to users and coordinate all the actions that must be taken to resolve any anomaly reported in our systems.

You evolve in a rich functional and technological environment (Web, digital, cloud solutions, software packages, CRM, SGBD, ETL).

You work in agile mode and in V-cycle.

PROFILE

Who are you? If you recognize yourself in the following description you are made. e to work with us:

• With a higher education in computer science, you have at least 10 years of experience as an IT project manager and business analyst. You have piloted digital journey projects and projects that integrate several information systems;

You are:

• rigorous;
• recognized for your sense of customer service and excellent interpersonal skills;
• in the ability to challenge customer requests;

You have:

• very good analysis and synthesis skills
• a good ability to understand complex business issues;
• ideally knowledge in real estate asset management.

You master English with a C1 level.
