Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Management Office (PMO) responsible for the IRIS2 SpaceRise programme at Eutelsat. Your leadership and experience will be key to support the project manager in the execution of the program.

Who You Are

You are a structured and organized project professional with a track record of delivering and capable of leading a group toward a common objective. You thrive in collaborative environments, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively in English and cross-functional teams. You enjoy providing structure and clarity in high-impact programs and are confident using Project Management tools and processes.

What You’ll Do

You will be in charge of all the missions and tasks delegated to the Project Management Office, in particular:

• Planning, milestones and interdependencies
• Risk and Opportunities
• Internal and external review preparations

You will also maintain a database of key program information (cost, programmatic, progress) and the associated communication pack.

You will also facilitate the finance processes.

You will ensure proper application of key corporate processes like Export Control, data governance and configuration.

The PMO is at the heart of the program execution and is composed of a small team of 2 to 3 people that you will coordinate.

On occasions you may be asked to deputize the project manager.

You will work in the environment of the IRIS2 consortium with other partners and will ensure that the Eutelsat contribution to the overall project management is benchmarked.

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience in project management
• Strong awareness of key processes and tasks as described above
• Leadership to drive and coordinate a team of various skills and companies
• Experience in Project Management digital tools
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Availability in Issy les Moulineaux with regular travels to Toulouse
