IP/IT Legal Intern

Overview

Advise and support our international organization on a range of legal matters; provide practical legal advice and risk assessments to internal stakeholders on various legal topics (contracts, compliance, HR, etc.); provide legal assistance to the customer support team; draft and review commercial contracts in French and English (SaaS agreements, service agreements, Terms of Use, data processing agreements, non-disclosure agreements, etc.); contribute to the improvement of internal processes; monitor regulatory and legal developments related to our activities.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master 2 (Master's level) in Law at a French university
• Experience reviewing and drafting commercial contracts
• Knowledge of the IP/IT environment and the GDPR
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
• Team player with autonomy, rigor, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to persuade and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the company
• High professional ethics and comfort working in a dynamic environment with cross-functional teams
