IP/IT/Business Law Lawyer

This is a full-time on-site role for an IP/IT/Business Law Lawyer, located in Paris. The responsibilities of this role include

• managing litigation in the areas of intellectual property, IT, business law, and communications,
• drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, providing legal advice intellectual property rights, IT-related matters, business law, as well as ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

The role requires regular collaboration with clients and internal teams to manage legal issues and support business objectives effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in intellectual property law and IT-related legal matters
• Experience with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex legal issues
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
• Capacity to work collaboratively in a dynamic, on-site team environment
• Master's degree in Law, preferably with a specialization in IP, IT and Business Law
• Admission to the French Bar (CAPA)
