About Warren
Warren is an investment firm providing investors access to private technology companies through primary and secondary investment opportunities, from emerging companies to category leaders approaching major liquidity events such as IPOs (e.g., Revolut, Polymarket, AMI Labs).
Our team is looking for a Sales / Investor Relations Intern to support high growth and traction.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll work directly with the founding team. No middle manager, no unnecessary reporting layer. You’ll own the relationship with Warren's investors community.
Investor Sourcing
- Identify and engage high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and private investors
- Develop new investor acquisition channels and strategic partnerships
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline of prospective investors
Fundraising
- Present Warren's investment opportunities to prospective investors
- Participate in investor meetings and fundraising discussions
- Drive prospects from initial engagement to investment commitment
Execution
- Manage investor pipelines and fundraising processes through HubSpot
- Support investor onboarding and transaction execution
- Work directly with the partners on strategic initiatives and special projects
Candidate Profile
Someone who knows what a cap table is, isn't afraid to pick up the phone, and sees every conversation with an LP as an opportunity to build something long-term.
- Grande École de Commerce or Engineering
- Experiences in VC, tech fundraising or Investor Relations
- Strong interest in technology, investing, and private markets
- Real comfort on the phone, able to have substantive conversations with investors
- Fluent in French and English, written and spoken
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong interpersonal skills; you enjoy client-facing work
- Rigorous, organized and highly autonomous
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Proficient with CRM and productivity tools (HubSpot, Notion, etc.)
