Terra is seeking an Investment Partner for a new data center strategy within Sustainable Cities. The Paris-based role will lead origination, due diligence, and execution across Europe, working with fundraising teams and LPs to drive credibility and depth. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in data center investment or related real assets, strong modeling and deal‑structuring skills, and fluency in English (French a strong asset).
