Investment Manager

Inuka is working with a global investment platform that is seeking an Investment Manager based in Morocco. The role will focus on identifying new investment opportunities, building relationships across the market, and leading transactions from origination through execution.

Responsibilities:

• Originate and assess growth equity investment opportunities across Morocco and North Africa.
• Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, businesses, advisers, and other market participants.
• Lead financial, commercial, and investment analysis of potential opportunities.
• Coordinate due diligence and support transaction structuring and negotiations.
• Prepare investment recommendations and materials for internal investment committees.
• Manage transaction execution through to closing.
• Contribute to the platform’s growth strategy and market expansion across the region.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of investment experience in private equity, growth equity, investment banking, or a related field.
• Strong track record in investment origination and transaction execution.
• Experience investing in or working across Morocco and/or wider North Africa.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent commercial judgement and stakeholder management abilities.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable operating in a growing platform.
