Investment Banking Associate

Our client, international and well-established Investment Bank is looking for M&A Senior Analyst / Associate level professionals to join their team in Paris.

Responsibilities

1. Financial Analysis : Conduct thorough financial modeling, valuation, and analysis for potential M&A transactions within the different sectors
2. Due Diligence : Lead and participate in due diligence processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess risks and opportunities associated with potential transactions.
3. Market Research : Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes within the different sectors
4. Deal Execution : Support the end-to-end deal execution process, working closely with senior team members to facilitate successful transactions. Coordinate with legal, regulatory, and financial advisors to ensure smooth execution of M&A transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in investment banking, M&A, or financial advisory roles.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
