Job Description
Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager now underpin the digital transformation of workplace environments. This role is aimed at an experienced Intune Consultant, capable of working on the design, deployment and operation of desktop and mobile device management solutions.
Responsibilities
As an Intune Consultant (M/F), you collaborate with our clients on the design, deployment and operation of desktop and mobile device management solutions, leveraging the Microsoft ecosystem.
Deployment and configuration
- Deploy, configure and administer Microsoft Intune (MDM), Endpoint Manager and co-management solutions
- Implement modern management solutions, including Autopilot, Azure AD/Entra ID and application deployment via the Company Portal
- Manage desktop deployments, Windows migrations and hybrid environments (MECM/Intune)
Security and compliance
- Define, enforce and maintain endpoint security policies and compliance standards
- Participate in security projects (hardening, encryption, account management)
- Ensure device compliance and monitor usage
Operations and support
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support and resolve complex incidents
- Administer desktops and mobile devices, managing configuration and security policies
- Automate operational tasks using PowerShell and scripts
- Implement monitoring indicators, reports and continuous improvement initiatives
- Draft technical documentation and ensure knowledge transfer to client teams
- Advise clients on solutions, best practices and workplace transformation strategies
Qualifications
- Significant experience in a modern workplace environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and service-oriented mindset
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
Technical Skills
- Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager.
- MECM/SCCM and co-management.
- Windows 10/11 and fleet management.
- Microsoft 365 and Azure AD (Entra ID).
- Autopilot and PowerShell scripts.
- Ticketing management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).
- Experience in endpoint security and compliance policies.
- Knowledge of VDI environments or Azure Virtual Desktop.
- You must be fluent in French.
